Terms & Conditions
Payment must be received by us before an order can be processed. We accept payment on line by Paypal and all credit cards processed by Paypal.
We are only able to Post to Mainland UK.
The Original Cheddar Cheese Company will endeavor to post all orders within 5 working days using Royal mail Tracked 24 unless agreed otherwise, to all UK mainland addresses. The Original Cheddar Cheese Compay will endeavor to email you when your order has been dispatched. However please allow another 7 days for delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the goods. Alternatively you may provide us with special delivery instructions. However, we can not accept responsibility for the condition of the goods or non receipt. The Original Cheddar Cheese Company shall not be liable for any consequential loss on grounds of delay in despatch and/or delivery for whatsoever reason.
Christmas orders will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, Pre orders will be sent the first week of december. Christmas pre orders must be placed seperate to other orders. We can not accept responsibility for any delays, the condition of the goods or non receipt. The Original Cheddar Cheese Company will provide you with tracking information on request. Please allow 7 days after dispatch for delivery.
Packing and Postage
The shopping cart shows delivery charges. These do not include import duties that may be charged by local Customs Authorities for exported items.
The Original Cheddar Cheese Company reserves the right to alter any prices or product specifications at any time without notice. Customers will be notified if the price to be charged is different from the published price and will be given the option of cancelling their order without penalty.
Please notify us within 24 hours scheduled delivery date if you have not received the order or are unhappy with it in any way. Should you wish to return a product, please contact us

if your order is delayed in tranit we accept no responsability, this shall be the responsability of the courier service. Please contact Royal mail with your tracking number, this will be avaliable on request.
Risk of damage or deterioration to the goods supplied passes to the buyer on delivery. No claim for damage or deterioration after delivery can be accepted.
Stolen Goods and Damage
We can only accept claims for stolen or damaged goods if written notification is given to both ours carriers and ourselves within four days of their receipt. Please sign for goods unexamined and retain all packaging for inspection by us and the carriers.
We shall supply goods only on the condition that these terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between ourselves and our customers.
